Hello from sunny San Diego, California! I'm an accountant and teacher/professor, leaving the corporate world after 35+ years. I was also teaching at the same time for 26 years. My background is very diverse, since I've worked across several industries: restaurants, banks, Real Estate, construction, private schools, manufacturing, wholesale, marketing, software development, just to name a few. From waiter and cook, to manager, tax strategist, controller, project manager, CMO, COO, CEO, vice-principal. I've been leading teams since I was 25, which has given me a great perspective on people. For me, "My Team" is everything, and I've had the privilege to work with some amazing groups along the way. I want to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive and grow in a sustainable manner. There is so much potential in most SMBs, but most don't even know it, because owners are overwhelmed with everyday operations. Many of them don't even have a budget and operate on a cash-flow basis. They need help to regain balance, take control, optimize whatever resources they have, and lean on automation and AI to reduce time, cost, and focus on client experience, product development, and family... So right now I'm trying to decide how to approach this. Coaching? Consulting? App developing? Agency?. It's not easy for me to "package" my knowledge and expertise into a standardized offer. (I don't mean to brag, it's really confusing!) Thanks for reading. Sending blessings to everyone.
