Todays RESULTS Mastery meeting
During today's Results Mastery meeting (which is only for members of the Results Mastery program) I spoke about understanding what your capacity is and where you are in terms of the capacity. We also watched a really interesting video by Tony Robbins. In this video, Tony spoke about the mental barriers that we all have which are holding us back in our businesses. I've included a link to the video of Tony on YouTube which I thought might be valuable to Results Mastery University members.

This could involve seeking support from a coach or mentor, or using techniques such as mindfulness or cognitive behavioral therapy.
