How to Set Up the Google Flow AI Agent for Batch Clip Generation
Quick Tip 2 is live in the Classroom! 🎬 This one is a game changer for your workflow. I show you how to set up and use the Google Flow AI Agent to run a whole batch of video clips with just a few simple instructions. Instead of generating clips one at a time you can set it up, give it your directions, and let it run while you do something else. This is exactly how I speed up my production process and it's so much easier than it looks. Head to the Classroom → Quick Tips to watch it now and drop your questions in the comments!

Ok, new question(s)! I did make my avatar, but I’m interested in modifying it a bit. Still keeping “me”, just upgraded 😆 Also, in your training, you had 4 separate scenes. Do you have Claude write those scene directions for you with each script, or do you have them as a template and just reuse them with each video?

@Annmarie Herman sorry! Flow. I finally had it make mine using the camera. It looks great! Just like me! I’m sure I can answer this question myself by just exploring lol, but I wanted to give my avatar a makeover a little bit since I looked a little disheveled when the camera took my pictures
This Automation is Wild!
A quick update on the automation I shared yesterday using Higgsfield and Claude cowork for my Facebook page. It was working, but not fast enough for me, and I wanted to cut down on credit usage. So I switched to generating the clips myself inside Google Flow with Veo 3.1, same overall approach, but using their built-in AI agent to speed up generation and keep everything looking cohesive. Like I said, I only started posting these new videos on this account yesterday. This morning's post is already popping off, sitting at 57K views with a 39% average watch time. So yeah, it works! Hope this gives you some motivation heading into the weekend. Let me know what you think, and if you've got questions, drop them in the community. That's what this place is for, we can all help each other out.

I love making clips in Flow, but I haven't explored their AI yet. Is Claude automating with the clips you're making in Flow? Or is the automation happening right inside Flow?

🎬 New lesson just dropped — Module 7 is live!
If production has been the thing standing between you and posting consistently, this one's for you. I just added a full walkthrough of the Content Pipeline — the Cowork setup that hands the grunt work of short-form video (generating, animating, stitching, captioning, filing, tracking) over to an AI agent, so you stay in the director's seat instead of buried in the weeds. And you do not need to be technical. If you've never used Cowork or an automation agent in your life, the lesson starts from zero: what it is, what to expect, and exactly how to run it step by step. Here's what changes once this roadblock is gone: - Hours of manual production collapse into a few review clicks - You can actually ship at volume without burning out - Everything stays on-brand, because the rules live in the pipeline — not in whoever made it that day - Your energy goes back to ideas and hooks, the stuff only you can do 👉 Head to Module 7 to read it, then drop a comment with your questions — I'll answer them right in the thread.

Trying it out now! Maybe it's because it's the first run and it's explaining all the details (after the intake Q's), but it's taking a WHILE to make one video. Does it get quicker with time?
Automate Videos with Claude Cowork?
Something clicked for me this week and I had to share it here. I've been sitting on the creative side of my historical page — coming up with the ideas, writing the scripts — but the video production part was eating up so much of my time. That's the piece that kept slowing me down. So I set up Claude as a coworker to handle the heavy lifting on the back end. I bring the idea and the script. Claude Cowork takes it from there — automating the video generation and editing until there's a ready-to-post video. No manual editing. No back and forth. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1Aax96TvU4/ This first video is my test run (link above). Check it out and tell me what you think. For anyone who feels like production is the roadblock keeping you from putting out more content — this might be worth looking at. All you need is Higgsfield and Claude. Would this be helpful for your workflow? What niche would you use it for? Drop it below 👇

That’s awesome! Right now I only have my images automated and I’m manually making my videos each day. This with save me a lot of time. I have a page that focuses on history in a city and one that is focused on a state. I think this would work well for them.

It's that time of the week — let's celebrate each other! I want to create a space where we can all share something we're proud of when it comes to AI. Whether it's your first automation, a workflow that saved you hours, a tool you finally figured out, or even just a mindset shift — it all counts. We all start from somewhere, and we each follow our own growth chart. No win is too small to celebrate here. I'll go first and share in the comments — and I'd love for you to do the same! 👇 Drop what you've been working on, what clicked for you recently, or something you're proud of in your AI journey. Let's lift each other up! 💪

I did my first automations for my FB pages, just the banners and images. It’s so helpful and frees up so much time!
