@Ina Tenniswood Yes! Just the act of planning and writing a book makes you take a deep dive into your own business which is invaluable. And once it's out there it's like having an info-stuffed business card that no one throws away!

Having a business book brings loads of benefits - visibility and proof that you're the expert for a start. What escapes most people is what the actual act of researching and writing your book does for you. It makes you take a deep dive into your why, your how and your for-who and leaves you with amazing clarity around your systems and processes. That clarity ends up in your offers and your messaging, helping you attract more of the right clients. Need support writing yours? Join us ever at the Write Your Business Book community. Until we hit 100 members, Standard is free and Premium is just $9. https://www.skool.com/write-your-business-book-1321 Happy Writing! Rachel

Stop saying you'll write your business book "when I've got more time."
You're never going to have more time unless you make time. You know this. Your book, the one that would position you as the authority in your field, attract better clients and build a legacy beyond your business, is still sitting in your head, unwritten. Write Your Business Book is the community for established coaches, consultants and experts who are done waiting. Not a course. Not a programme. A community of serious experts who are actually doing the work. Get direct access to a published author and MA-qualified book coach who has one job: to get your book out of your head and into the world. The first 100 members join free. After that it becomes paid. No exceptions. You've already waited long enough.

@Author Janae Jones It's usually a perceived lack of time, which translates to me as not seeing the book as a priority to make the time for. Or they just don't know where to start.
The 90-Day Business Book
Can you name 4 activities that you do regularly (ideally daily) that you could cut down by just 15 minutes? Watch TV Scroll on social media Housework Sleep Play phone or video games Browsing the Internet Chatting/catching up That's an hour a day of writing time for you. Average drafting speed = 750 words per hour. Let's give you weekends off. That's 3,750 words a week. Let's say (for easy maths) your book is 37,500 words long. That's actually a very good length for the average expert or personal development book. 10 weeks to draft 2 weeks to edit 6 days to format and publish There you have it A book in 90 days. https://www.skool.com/write-your-business-book-1321

I live on a Christmas tree farm in Somerset, UK, with my dog, Sox. I love walkies on the beach, a nice cup of tea, and writing books.
