I notice that I get Very impatient with others when I am in survival mode. Listening to my body (doing body scans) helps me shift back into alignment.

Show Up—Especially When You Feel Like Giving Up 💪✨
The truth? You’re not always going to feel like showing up. Some days your energy will be high, your vision will be clear… Other days, you’ll question if it’s even worth it. But here’s the thing— Your mood doesn’t just affect you. It influences your entire environment. When you focus on lack, on everything you don’t have, You vibrate at the frequency of more lack. And what happens? You attract more of the same. The moment you shift to focus on what you already have— Your blessings, your progress, your opportunities— You start to breed more abundance. 🌱 🌟 Action Step: Your Abundance Reset 1️⃣ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for right now 2️⃣ List 1 action you can take today to move closer to your goal (no matter how small) 3️⃣ Say out loud: “I already have everything I need to create everything I want.” Repeat this daily and watch your energy shift. 💡 Remember: What you perceive is what you receive.
