Thatās one thing we cannot do. Havenāt been able to for years! We quit talking about each others feelings I canāt remember how long. If I ever bring something up that I need to discuss, it never failsā¦..he tears me down somehow or say what about me? So always makes me feel worse than I did at the beginning of conversation. He doesnāt respect me at all. I respect him. So we try our best not to communicate even though we still have all 4 kids at home (teenagers and up). Why Iām stuck in a mental health mess that canāt find any escape and keeps going in circles.
