👯 Meet your coaches. 😎 This is us. Rachel and Amanda. Two women who have been exactly where you are, and who found a way through. We built Balanced Health & Wellness because we know what it feels like to be told your bloodwork is normal while you feel anything but. We know the 3am hot flashes. The weight that won't move. The exhaustion that no amount of sleep fixes. We also know what it feels like on the other side. Today is a dreary day where I live. What do you do on rainy days to get your steps in or just exercise little. My answer is in the comments!

Very valuable, Amanda! So I live in FL now... not many dreary days, at least not first thing in the morning. lol. But my routine is also much different from other folks, no one day is the same...sometimes I get movement in in the mornings, but most often it's swimming in the afternoons or walking in the evenings. However, the important point being you took an action step to overcome what could have been an excuse. Way to go!
