These have been some intense times personally for me and I don’t think I would be nearly as able to move through everything with a grounded resilience and self compassion without the support and direct guidance from Reb Adam, the community, the teachings, classes, and challenges. The program is very robust and multifaceted with visuals, meditations and classes. Deep spiritual shifts and connection are available The meditations are extremely powerful.
