Who sees what when using “Reply to Customer?”
Hi, everyone! A user asked me how “Reply to Customer” works in JSM — they want to ensure that if an Admin comments via “Reply to Customer,” only the initial Reporter is able to see the comments, but I believe the comments are public in the portal, correct? Is there any way to *only* let comments be seen by the Admin & Reporter when using “Reply to Customer?” Thank you!

Thanks, @Chris Rogers! The user was inquiring if the Reporter’s request would stay private to only them & the “back end,” but I shared that “Reply to customer” comments would show in the web page at the ticket link — is that correct? I didn’t think there was a way to lock it down as they’re hoping and wanted to check. Thank you for confirming!

Tracking test stories in Jira?
Hi, everyone! I am starting UAT with a group of users (yay!) and wondering if folks here recommend tracking their test stories as 1) a new work type of “Test” (at the same level as a Story/Task) or 2) as a Sub-Task? I like option 2 to keep all the test stories related to the original story in Jira … but I don’t love that you can’t see sub-tasks on the project board. :( Would love to hear how others are tracking these — thank you! 😊

Good to know about sub-tasks, @Alex Ortiz — thank you!
Best practices for home page setup?
Hi, everyone! Excited to be here! :) I’m currently working with a small nonprofit and have set up Confluence to: - Be a knowledge base - Document meeting notes - Capture project overviews & requirements As a wolf pack of one 🙃, I want to eventually add more of their users — they’d like to also have SOPs in this new space! — and I need to set up the home page to be a welcoming first stop for them. Any tips on structuring it for folks who are not familiar with Confluence, such as recommended sections? (I don’t have any apps installed yet.) Thank you in advance for any & all help! :)
