Hello fellow wine friends! I'm Rachel, based in San Antonio, TX. I am studying for my certified exam with the Court of Master Sommeliers. My biggest challenge is blind tasting and having the confidence to call correctly. I know the theory behind the wines, but have a hard time committing to answers. I think just literally talking out loud about wine more will help my confidence in order to connect my theory & tasting. Excited to be along the journey with everyone, cheers!

@Janelle Varnado Hi Janelle! I love how you mentioned bridging the gap between wine expertise and effective storytelling! That such a great way to think about the conversation around wine and each bottle's unique story. I'm in San Antonio, but from Houston and travel there regularly, if you need a study buddy or just a wine sipping friend!
