Where do I begin? Before Tonya I had been on a 14 year personal case study for how to “fix” the awful symptoms and effects I suffered from a Hypothyroid diagnosis (ie. Weight gain, acne, mood swings, irregular cycle, lethargy, brain fog…to name a few). I tried everything under the sun for healing my body from the inside out primarily through diet, exercise and supplements. The closest I got was to understanding I needed to balance my hormones, and recover my metabolic system which was in major fight or flight mode, but my system was on a very short leash. If I wasn’t careful, workouts, certain foods, and any amount of sleep deprivation would throw my hormonal system into a downward spiral. It wasn’t until you, Tonya, that my whole system healed and recovered. To this day, I don’t really understand how you did it, I was so exhausted from my own research, trial, and errors that I didn’t even care about trying to understand. To sum up, I learned that a “healthy diet and exercise” was a REALLY misleading protocol when I was clueless to what the issue even was. I knew I had a big problem when my body couldn’t even digest spinach anymore!
