For me, it’s looked a little different depending on the season I’m in. I’ve done intermittent fasting where I fast from midnight until about 3 p.m., sometimes for a month, and just eat one meal a day. Other times, I’ve felt the Lord nudge me to do a water fast for a day, and I’ve just tried to be obedient to that. I’m definitely still learning, but one thing I’ve found is that fasting helps me slow down and intentionally seek God. It’s during those times that I often receive more clarity, feel closer to Him, and become more aware of what He’s trying to teach me. I don’t know that there’s one “right” way for everyone. I think it’s more about spending time with the Lord, asking Him how He wants to lead you, and then following Him one step at a time. ❤️
