Happy New Year! I'm so late to this, but since this is the most recent post on wins - I did my first lifting session in 3 months! Dancing did keep my quads strong all this time but that's it hahah. I also signed up for the online training with Christian again which is something I've wanted to be able to do for almost a year, woot woot I'm probably going to set up my 2026 bingo card for all the things I'd like to accomplish for the coming year after this - hope y'all set your goals too!
