Happy New Year! I'm so late to this, but since this is the most recent post on wins - I did my first lifting session in 3 months! Dancing did keep my quads strong all this time but that's it hahah. I also signed up for the online training with Christian again which is something I've wanted to be able to do for almost a year, woot woot I'm probably going to set up my 2026 bingo card for all the things I'd like to accomplish for the coming year after this - hope y'all set your goals too!

1οΈβ£ What went well this week? I stepped on the scale for the first time since the bachelorette and I lost a little/maintained. I know the scale isn't everything so I took some bodily measurements too and lost half an inch around my waist from last week! I was still able to have a couple nights of fun, without going overboard and it didn't set me back nearly as much as I was worried it would 2οΈβ£ What couldβve gone better? Definitely catching up on sleep after a crazy weekend staying up well past my bed time 3οΈβ£ Whatβs your main goal for next week? To not get sick π· Stress of 2 jobs and everything else life throws can get my guard down but hoping sleep and a balanced diet (maybe a little extra vitamin C) will keep the immune system up and running

Especially proud of not going over on my fats and getting a minimum 100g of protein dailyπ 2οΈβ£ What couldβve gone better? I could have probably been more disciplined with maintaining a schedule rather than snoozing my alarms countless times 3οΈβ£ Whatβs your main goal for next week?
