I recently came across a LinkedIn post with tips on an outreach message structure that doesn’t get left on read. It's the following: "Initial DM: “Hey [Name]! Loved your video on [insert vid]. I’m from Break-Out — we’re inviting creators for a TikTok affiliate collab. Free product + % per sale + Spark support if it lands well. Want the brief?” Follow-up #1 (Day 2–3): “Just bumping this! Would love to have you on board if the timing works.” Follow-up #2 (Day 4–5): “No worries if not a fit! We’re locking in the final wave of creators this week.”" I regularly follow up with affiliates, and after seeing this, I tried turning it into a real follow-up strategy. From what I can tell, it actually works. While the message structure does not fit mine. Some affiliates who had previously overlooked the invite requested samples. What are your thoughts on it?
