Bio: Let's gooooo!

Bio: Early 50s cyclist. Recently signed up for a gran fondo (against my better judgement) from Vancouver to Whistler - 122km - 1400m elevation.

Bio: Rediscovered cycling seven years ago at 63. Since then I have completed five gran fondos (100 km +) and want to keep riding them until I'm 90+.

Bio: I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic. I just love all kinds of cycling!!!

Bio: Canadian who likes to bike, run, swim...and eat. Food is my favourite thing. I ride a Trek 7.3 hybrid, which suits me perfectly for my work commute.
