Im currently still using Place it! But seems really slow ! Can anyone advise of any better mockup generators ?

Ive had a customer message me to tell me his poster has arrived in a damged tube and unfortunately has damaged the poster. He wants the poster replacing what do i do in this situation?

Has anyone else had a problem with Place it being really slow downloading ?

Someone has just ordered a 12x18 print ,do i need to resize the original in canva first before sending it over to printshrimp?

Is there an easier way of placing your images into mockups than just manually doing it ?
