@Diane Halliley Hello Diane, I completely agree with your approach. Shifting away from a reactive, tick-box method towards a proactive, data-driven, and continuous improvement model is exactly what creates sustainable change. By embedding risk assessment and outcome-focused monitoring, we can clearly demonstrate not just compliance but the journey of improvement and the positive impact it has on individuals and the service. I like how you’ve framed it around seeing the journey of change it really highlights the value of measuring progress, not just process.
