Accountability on Tracking Your Metrics Is Important...
But, before I came to a system that actually works for me, it took me some time to figure out what I thought was important. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲... I see lots of communities try to built accountability with check-ins like this, and I tried to implement the same in this community, but it just does not work. And that is because people just forget to place that check-in after the first week. They need to keep track inside their own systems, not in my, or your community. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿... I shared it here in the group for you to use as well, but it seems that it's also not working. It is an improvement on the first accountability method, because now you track it in your own system, and just share that with others to keep you accountable. But that tracker is not working for me either. It is a beautiful sheet, but it does not connect with my actual Business Metrics. So I forget to use & share it. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻... And I just created a dashboard together with Notion AI that gives me a nice overview in one glance. Love this because it gives me 1 place to track my numbers, and it is easy to share for accountability. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀... What system are you using? What are you tracking? Do you have the need to share your metrics to keep you accountable? .

What’s Next (Days 8–30) ✅ Grow & Scale Challenge
𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 You finished the 7-Day Challenge, now we shift into the part that actually creates results: 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 + 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 The goal isn’t “do more.” The goal is to 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 using: - Morning Worksheet - Eisenhower Matrix - Evening Debrief If you do nothing else after this challenge, do this daily practice for the next month. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗵𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗺 (𝟭𝟬–𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀/𝗱𝗮𝘆) Morning (5-7 min): plan your day Evening (5-7 min): debrief your day This is how you stay out of overwhelm and keep your priorities real. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 If you notice any of these “return signals,” go back into the planner and recalibrate: - you feel behind or scattered - you want to start something new / burn it down - you’re comparing yourself - you’re low-energy or not aligned - your plan isn’t matching real life anymore 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 (𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 + 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹) Every 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟳 + 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀), post a Weekly Debrief using this template: 𝑊𝐸𝐸𝐾𝐿𝑌 𝐶𝐻𝐸𝐶𝐾-𝐼𝑁 𝑀𝑦 𝑏𝑖𝑔𝑔𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘: 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐼 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝐼 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘: 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑔𝑜𝑡 𝑖𝑛 𝑚𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑦 (𝑝𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑛): 𝑂𝑛𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐼’𝑚 𝑠𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑛𝑒𝑥𝑡 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘: 𝑀𝑦 𝑡𝑜𝑝 1–3 𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑛𝑒𝑥𝑡 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘: 𝑀𝑦 𝐴𝑀/𝑃𝑀 𝑝𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑠𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑒: (how many days did you do it?) 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹: 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 If you’re stuck, message the Helper Coach in ChatGPT: - “Help me prioritize using the Eisenhower Matrix.” - “Help me find the one thing that matters most this week.” - “Help me debrief this week and identify the pattern.” 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 “𝗜’𝗺 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀” 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 if you’re committing And reply weekly with your check-ins under your own commitment, so it will become your own journal.

My biggest win this week: Sending out a regular Monday email now, and starting to build momentum with content and collaborations (got into a second freebie swap directory this week!) What I learned about how I work: I work best in bursts when I have clarity and a clear next step. I also get more done when I act in the moment instead of overplanning. It works doubly well if I have an external trigger, like an alarm or someone depending on me. What got in my way (pattern): Low-energy days were a big factor this week, and getting stuck when things feel unclear or too big. I also noticed I tend to doubt myself when I don’t get immediate results. One thing I’m simplifying next week: Focusing on one clear “must-do” per day instead of trying to do everything at once. My top 1–3 priorities for next week: - Continue building and refining my offers (like my bundle) - Stay consistent with content and emails - Keep making connections and exploring collaborations

@Laura Paulina Uh.... *laughs nervously* no... I just stay up too late and get my days all mixed up. I thought it was Friday.... oh geez.
I’ve found myself in a bit of a tough spot and would really love some feedback.
At the moment, I’m participating in a few bundles and testing different downloadable products, mostly for overwhelmed moms. One of the products I shared, focused on recipes and cooking, has brought in 375 new subscribers. Because of that response, I started thinking it might make sense to guide these new subscribers into a free Skool community, with a paid tier for those who want more support. My concern is that I already have another Skool community centered around my system for generating income by offering social media services to local businesses. So I’m wondering if I’m creating two clear offers for two different needs… or if I’m starting to confuse my audience and dilute my overall message. Would love your honest thoughts on this.

Congratulations on creating a new community, @Lydia Kyriakidou - that is exciting!!
Day 5 - Truth or Dare: Stay the course
Consistency doesn’t feel like momentum until the day it finally does. “Stay the course” is the most boring advice on earth… until you realize it’s usually the only thing standing between you and being recognized. 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: Week 1: you post. You’re energized. Week 2: you tweak the message because it didn’t “hit.” Week 3: you decide it’s not working, and you disappear. Switching strategies gives you the emotional relief of “progress” without the discomfort of repeating the same thing long enough for it to compound. In business, “stay the course” usually means: pick one visibility loop and run it like a CEO for a full month before you touch it. Same format. Same promise. Same place you show up. Because people don’t trust what they see once. They trust what they see consistently. And inside a community, this gets easier because consistency becomes normal, not a solo willpower fight. Accountability companions make “I’m posting again today” feel like… Tuesday. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. Pick the one you’re most comfortable with and share it with us in the comments. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: Where are you switching too early? Finish this sentence: “I keep changing _____ because I’m scared that _____.” 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗲: Commit to one visibility loop for 1 month before changing anything. 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: 1) My one loop for the next 30 days is: _____ 2) I’ll post at (time) / on (days): _____ 3) If I want to switch mid-month, I will do this instead: _____ .

1) My one loop for the next 30 days is: Write 1 blog, send 1 email, and do 1 collaboration each week OR work on my next product — all pointing to my “finish your budget” idea 2) I’ll post at (time) / on (days): ~10am on Monday for my email, ~10am on Friday for my collaboration email, and probably 2pm Tuesday - Thursday for the blog post and project work 3) If I want to switch mid-month, I will do this instead: Take a break to hang out with my rats or write some AI music or watch an episode of TV - and then get back to work.
