So what's the best alternative to actually meeting with the buyer in person at my office? When I have them on the phone, my thought is I have the captivated audience. I like to just go through the process with them on the phone from the beginning to closing the buyer with an exclusive BBA. Most of my leads come with a preapproval since they are paid at close leads. Even with other leads I like to have the conversation then.
@Joe Lattanzio phone is good - but getting on a video call really increases the rapport, and you can see if they are captivated, confused, glazed over, or tracking!
