Why Dreamers Change the World 🪄🌎
Most of us have been taught to be "realistic." Life’s tough lessons, disappointments, and fears condition us to expect the worst. If we don’t hope for much, we won’t be let down. If we plan for failure, it’s easier to stomach when things go south. And sure, this approach might keep us safe from the sharp edges of disappointment, but it also locks us in a tiny box, far away from possibility. Realists, while often smart and practical, can end up being the most imprisoned. They limit their vision to what's currently visible and measurable, forgetting that everything extraordinary in this world was once invisible and immeasurable. The smartphone you’re reading this on, the music that moves you, the very idea of flying through the sky - all were first conceived by people who were called crazy - delusional even. They dared to imagine something beyond the here and now, and they took steady, sometimes stumbling steps toward it. Being “a little delusional” isn’t about abandoning all logic or pretending you’re God’s gift to the universe without lifting a finger. It’s about giving yourself the freedom to envision a reality that doesn’t exist yet while staying rooted enough to make it happen. It’s about holding a vision in your mind that’s so vivid, it makes the present feel less like a prison and more like a launchpad. Let’s face it: The most miserable people are often the ones who are stuck being "realistic." They see only what's right in front of them and call it the whole picture. This mindset blocks any room for growth or change because they’ve already decided that change is impossible or, at the very least, improbable. And when you’ve convinced yourself that something’s impossible, you won’t even bother trying. Now think of the dreamers. The so-called delusional ones. These are the people who look at a bleak situation and say, “I can make it better.” They see injustice, suffering, boredom, and they imagine joy, freedom, and excitement. Their minds wander into uncharted territory.

Firstly this post is so lovely and really resonates right now. As someone in a capitalist/corporate lifestyle, it's easy to settle into a pre-defined trajectory of being 'successful'. I think we are programmed to set dreams for ourselves that feel realistic or attainable when comparing to those we surround ourselves with. For me, the carbon-copy dream of those around me was always to buy a house, to get married, to get the promotion etc - all of which never excited or inspired me. I think embracing the dreamer mentality and trusting your own path (without the noise of the conformists) is key. My recent step is to never think twice about what people think of my work and to only ever do it for myself :)

@Yúlany Music Glad I'm not alone on that one! We should focus on those dreams that light us up the most :)
How To Live The Good Life 🔓💥
You can watch every tutorial, follow every successful person, and try every technique under the sun, but if your mindset is messed up, none of it will get you where you want to be. Until you fix how you see yourself and your place in the world, you’re just running in circles. The biggest shortcut to success is changing how you think about money, growth, and your own abilities. It's not about if you’re good enough, but why you keep telling yourself you’re not. If you keep believing it’s too hard, that there’s not enough for everyone, or that you’re just not interesting or talented enough, you’re guaranteeing your own failure. Your "failure" is YOUR fault. But your success is yours, too. The truth is, life can be a lot easier when you stop subconsciously telling yourself you can’t have what you want. Success isn’t reserved for a chosen few—it’s for those who decide to claim it, for those who shift their mindset and set themselves up for it. Change how you see yourself and your potential, and watch everything else fall into place. It’s not about more techniques or more effort. It’s about unlocking a version of yourself that already knows what to do 🔓💥

This is super relatable to me right now and something I've put a lot of work into this year. I went through a phase of not aiming high or allowing myself to imagine the unimaginable just to avoid feeling disappointed. Now I figure we really have nothing to lose, especially when following a passion 🙌
What label likes this style of funkery?
Here's an unreleased Track https://bit.ly/3B964l7 "Trabalengua " Means Tongue Twister in Spanish. A result of doom scrolling multiple layers of taste and leaving one with a rhythmic sense of fragmented memories...It marries the tricky layering of funky and minimal glitched grooves that was from my influences of Akufeen, Steve Bug and other glitch artists... Curious if anyone knows what labels does it remind yall of? might inspire me to finish it and send it TYSM

This is sick! Have you heard of the Swedish label local talk? I used to be a huge HNNY fan and they had a couple of releases on this label. Similar groovy house vibe :)

Started producing music this year and became somewhat obsessed. I’m into making global grooves with samples from here there and everywhere
