Training and Nutrition questions
Hey guys if anyone here wants to talk training or nutrition at all, im your guy. I do all sorts of different training, from weights to cardio (swimming, running, mma, and hiking) as well as yoga and mobility work. I will soon be a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA. Feel free to ask questions or just share your own experiences :)

@Nicholas Lankinen focus on your nutrition and rest before going too hard on training, obviously throw in exercise but if you were on the stimmies you likely need to gain some weight.
