Box Trucks
I know a few have dispatched box trucks on here. What has your experience been? The loads on DAT are significantly lower from looking at them. Is it profitable to run a box truck dispatch company from a driver that travels the road? How much have you grossed a month from just one. IM CURIOUS!

And definitely Cargo vans are not worth my time right now. They seem to always be the one to swarm my inbox ☺️💀.

@Precious Valentine Most of the Sprinter Van Operators from whom I spoke with only want to stay local. The rates aren't the best unless it's an expedited run. Still, they generally do not pull enough revenue yearly for me to be motivated, not to mention the complexity of dispatching a sprinter van is not worth the time for what I would get in return. 20 Sprinter Vans, maybe, I'm only one person though- ha. I'm curious if anyone has been successful in this community at dispatching and generating a sizable revenue from sprinter vans. I want to be enlightened

Working with New MC's
I'm curious (for anyone who has) what's it like working with truckers with MC's less than a year old? Is it harder to find loads for these drivers? Would you work with a driver with a 6-month year old MC? I have adjusted my survey to filter drivers with less than 6 months MC history, oh and cargo van drivers too, another annoyance for me- Ha

Better Results with Video Ads
Hi all, Just wanted to attest that using video meta ads of yourself explaining your business generates a much higher percentage increase of leads. It helps remove an element of the trust barrier. I had only been using AI ads before. After a day of posting a video ad creative, I have received 8 driver contacts info through my funnel and have 2 appointments booked so far for the week. One of which is a driver with a fleet of 5 trucks. A complete turnaround! This is just the beginning! Wish me luck - Ha

I HAVE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED MY BUSINESS!
Happy to say that I have finally COMPLETED ALL the background infrastructure as taught by Gurpreet and launched my dispatch business! Looking forward to getting my FIRST CARRIERS THIS MONTH!

@Justice Ridgeway My tip - Just be consistent and "action" is everything. It's easier to make adjustments and make tweaks once you actual have something in motion, if that make sense. The hardest part was overcoming procrastination in the beginning for me. To deal with that I focused on tunnel vision and the results I wanted and eliminated distractions that were taking me away from my goals this year.
