What is one thing you are proud of from this pastyear? I am proud that I survived cancer and trauma without taking someone down to lift myself up.

I feel mindfulness will help with self awareness and discovery. My relationship is a challenge maybe because of mind chapter or maybe because of myself work but also I must explore the stories I tell myself about things and practice detachment. For me the detachment would really be division and space as a form of protection and peace for myself.

It varies, but it is interesting that is invite came when I just started my grad course Psychology of Mindfulness. Being intentional on being fully present is important. The mind chatters and the schedule is busy but we can prioritize what matters and this matters to me.
