Why charging for your services is an act of love.
Charging for your services is an act of love. When you set fair prices, you honor your expertise, create deeper transformation for your clients, and ensure you have the energy to serve at your highest level. It’s not just about making money—it’s about self-respect, healthy boundaries, and building a thriving community. Remember: when you value yourself, you invite others to do the same. 💛 Charging for your services is a loving choice that benefits you, your clients, and your wider community. It’s a practice rooted in self-worth, mutual respect, and the desire to create meaningful, lasting impact. Any thoughts?? I would love to hear.

currently struggling with charging for my services. I think it’s tied to some deep core beliefs, probably around low self-worth and people-pleasing. I often feel bad asking for money, or I worry that I'm “too expensive” for someone, even when I know the value is there. Still trying to shift that internal story…
I want to quit my job, but...
Lately, I’ve felt a strong pull to leave my 9-to-5 in marketing, it is tolerable, it pays the bills — and for now, I need the money. But deep down, I know this isn’t my path. I feel called to something more human, more real — helping people move pain free, it is something I’m genuinely passionate about. I’ve learned a lot through “YouTube University,” and whenever someone’s in pain, I naturally want to help — and often, it actually helps. It energizes me. Now I’m thinking of starting a physiotherapy education…But here’s the thing: I don’t want to be a standard physio. Not the quick 20-minute sessions like they often do here in the Netherlands. That conveyor-belt style doesn’t feel right to me. What does feel right is guiding people through real, personal, holistic change. And that brings up the question: Do I need to have everything figured out — the money, the full plan, the “how” — before I start? Or is it okay to trust the pull, take the first step, and let it unfold? Part of me wants security before I move. Another part wonders if that’s just fear disguised as logic. Thanks for reading, — Quang

Perhaps… Something That Will Change and Enhance My Life
Have you ever felt like you're aware of the situation and your body… but your body and mind just do things that you actually don’t want? It’s like playing The Sims, but you don’t have full control over your Sim. Sometimes it reacts and does weird things, and you’re just watching it like, “wtf?” That’s what I’ve been experiencing lately. and this other thing.... oh boiiii, sleeping has always been a headache for me — especially trying to fall asleep... But… it’s been 4 days now, and I’ve never slept this well. After feeling miserable and observing my “Sim,” I was desperately looking for a way to fix this shit. Fixing this suffering became my mission. I started searching on YouTube — I don’t even remember what I typed, but I came across a video of Aaron mentioning Ho’oponopono. He’s talked about it so many times. And the first time I heard it, I was like: “Dafuq? This sounds dumb. Not possible. How? This is a scam.” Tried it anyways. Every time I felt my inner child tweaking, I repeated the words and aimed it toward my inner self. Every night, before sleep, I repeated the words. And let me tell you… it definitely worked for me these past 4 days. I didn’t even intend for it to fix my sleep, I just wanted to clean up my energy and heal my inner child. I guess that’s the thing… sometimes the body responds when the energy shifts. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is going through something similar. I definitely feel like something has shifted… but we’ll see. One step at a time. For now, I’ve been sleeping better than ever. Thanks for reading – Quang

on a journey of self-discovery. One thing that I will never forget is, memento mori: the truth that life is short, and every moment is sacred.
