I help run a volunteer organization called Authentic Montreal where we get a bunch of strangers in a room and practice "authentic relating". Essentially it's a 2 hour event held on Sunday where we are put into groups, prompted with more vulnerable or edgy questions, and might do things like practice eye contact, or trust exercises, or any other number of social games. It happens at Fragments Libres on Mont Royal on a few Sundays evenings of every month. I've found it to be extremely helpful for my own personal growth and I've found that a lot of these kinds of soft skills go a long way in business.
