My biggest aha is that my inner critic bullies me about not just my body but everything “you’re not good enough” “you’re not smart enough” “you’re wasting time” and being kind to myself is so foreign that it feels uncomfortable but this is helping me take those baby steps

It’s the little moments that we can do so effortlessly and so easily and so automatically that we take for granted and that I never really stop to appreciate that I CAN do- sip my morning coffee, write in my journal until I’m feeling more at peace, do the 5 senses exercise to help me feel more present
