Business Owners: What's the ONE repetitive task you'd automate tomorrow if it cost you nothing?
I've been speaking with business owners over the past few weeks, and one thing keeps coming up: Most aren't looking for "AI." They're looking for more time, faster responses, happier customers, and more sales. Whether you're in real estate, an agency, e-commerce, consulting, or any service business... What's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? Is it: - Following up with leads? - Responding to customer inquiries? - Booking appointments? - Managing your CRM? - Customer support? - Something else? I'm curious because I'm building AI automation systems around real business problems—not just cool demos. Drop your biggest operational headache below. I'm interested to see if there are common patterns, and I might even share how I'd automate a few of them for free in the comments. Let's see what business owners are actually struggling with. 👇

@Chetan Mishra I really appreciate that. Thankfully, my exams are done now, so I'm back to focusing on building. I don't think exams or busy schedules should stop good conversations or opportunities to collaborate. I'd love to learn more about what you're building at NxaForge and see where our skills could complement each other. What's the best way for us to connect and discuss things further?

@Dionny Chejito That's a great point. Most businesses focus on getting bookings, but the real inefficiency starts after the booking is made. Automating cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlist management can save hours every week while recovering revenue that would otherwise be lost.
Client confused why i do the audit but not the build
I was on a discover call and they ended up being very confused as to why I do the AI audit but not the automation. have this ever happened to anyone? Should i tell them I can do some automations but more complex things are outsourced?

@Rachel Fried The simplest approach is to have the client pay you for the complete project, then you pay the builder based on your agreed rate or profit split. It keeps everything streamlined for the client and lets you manage the project from start to finish. If you ever need a reliable developer for the more technical automations, I'd be happy to help.

First Audit Report
I’m hopefully going to be doing my first audit report Had great meetings. Have the transcripts. The form. And I know what to look out for. Would anyone who has done this before e open to sharing how you prompted Claude or another AI to create the best report ? Would be happy to reciprocate my knowledge down the line or give you a great testimonial for your help Thanks in advance!!

A good prompt makes a huge difference. Instead of asking Claude to "summarize," have it act as an auditor with a clear report structure, findings, recommendations, priorities, and action items. I've had good results using that approach. Happy to share a prompt structure if it'd help.
Generate n8n AI Automation Brief
I am facing this issue..!!!! Your organization does not have access to perform this action - Insufficient actions (Error ID: e78d57a0-6b75-4bc8-8528-a23187f145f3)

That looks more like a permissions or workspace role issue than an n8n error. I'd check your organization role, plan permissions, and whether the feature is restricted to admins. If you're still stuck after that, feel free to share a bit more about your setup, I might be able to help pinpoint the cause.
