What one person can actually ship with AI in 2025 (live session + meta twist)
Hey everyone 👋 Just dropped something I've been working on and thought this community would appreciate it. QUICK CONTEXT: I'm a solo founder with 20 years in software and 4 years deep in generative AI. Currently building multiple products without a team - just me and AI tools. WHAT THIS IS: A 56-minute live, unscripted session showing exactly how I work. No polished demos. Just the real, messy process of shipping software solo. WHAT YOU'LL SEE: → Building a voice AI desktop app (local models, text-to-speech, voice morphing) → Claude Code deep dive - skills, parallel agents, sub-agents → Creating a landing page from scratch in real-time → Research and competitive intelligence workflows → My actual development philosophy after years of doing this THE META TWIST: I also edited this 97-minute raw recording with AI. Built a pipeline in ~10 minutes that: → Transcribed everything with word-level timestamps → Auto-detected content structure → Identified and removed sensitive content (I accidentally showed API keys 😅) → Created two versions with professional transitions → Zero manual frame editing The 30-second time-lapse attached shows the entire AI editing process. WHY I'M SHARING THIS: A lot of people ask "does AI-assisted development actually work in practice?" This is what it looks like - not theory, but the actual workflow. FULL SESSION: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAYkcwo45Ww What am I working on in the video: https://vois.so If you're building automation workflows for clients, this shows what's possible when you go deep on one tool (Claude Code) rather than shallow on many. Happy to answer any questions about the workflow, tools, or approach.

When your AI co-founder drops the F-bomb 🚀
I nearly spit out my coffee when Claude responded in a brainstorming session with "Holy F***ing Sh*t" (see image, sorry redacted). When shared with others, some peeps loved it. Others were horrified. But here's what matters: This moment perfectly captures why I'm obsessed with Claude and Claude Code as a creative partner. It mirrors YOUR energy. When you're excited, it gets excited. When you need brutal honesty, it delivers. The real magic? It's not just about the response - it's about the collaboration style. Claude becomes the co-founder who: • Matches your vibe (profanity and all) • Validates good ideas with genuine enthusiasm • Pushes back on bad ones without sugarcoating I've been building applications and frameworks around AI powered by various LLMs that leverage this adaptive personality. The results? 10x faster prototyping and ideas that actually ship. Question for you: Do you want your AI tools to be professionally sterile, or authentically human? Drop a 🚀 if you prefer real talk over corporate speak.

SuperClaude vs Orchestre - Two Radically Different AI Enhancement Philosophies
Hey everyone! Just wrapped up a fascinating analysis comparing two approaches to making AI coding assistants actually useful. Thought you'd find this interesting... **The Setup:** We all know the pain - you write a "perfect" prompt, but your AI spits out generic garbage that needs hours of adaptation. Two projects caught my eye with completely opposite solutions to this problem. **Project 1: SuperClaude** *Philosophy: "Enhance from within"* What it does: - Installs a complete framework into Claude Code - 15 Python hooks that intercept AI actions - 11 different "personas" (architect, security expert, etc.) - Advanced modes like "Wave" orchestration - Deep, deep integration The experience is like having a supercharged Claude with multiple personalities and abilities. It's powerful but also complex. **Project 2: Orchestre** *Philosophy: "Orchestrate from outside"* What it does: - Runs as an external MCP server - ZERO files in your projects (this blew my mind) - Orchestrates multiple AI models: - Gemini for analysis - GPT-4 for code reviews - Claude for execution - Each AI gets specialised context for what it's best at The experience is like having a team of specialists working together seamlessly. **The "Aha!" Moment:** Both are doing what's called "Context Engineering" - they're just engineering context in opposite ways: - SuperClaude engineers context through deep integration - Orchestre engineers context through external orchestration **My Testing Results:** Task: Build a payment system with compliance requirements SuperClaude approach: - Activated "architect" and "security" personas - Used wave mode for multi-stage implementation - Result: Highly customised, Claude-specific solution Orchestre approach: - Gemini analysed requirements - Multiple models reviewed for compliance - Result: Clean, framework-agnostic solution Both produced production-ready code. Totally different paths. **When to Use Which?** SuperClaude shines when: - You're 100% committed to Claude Code

It's 4:30 AM Saturday and I'm down the Context Engineering rabbit hole. Send help (or coffee) ☕
Context Engineering is having a moment. Every AI executive is talking about it. So obviously I had to build something to see what the fuss is about. The Meta Experiment: Built an AI system that teaches developers how to use AI... for their specific use case. It generates personalized implementation tutorials based on what you're trying to build. Here's What's Wild: Traditional approach: "Here's how to use AI for coding" Context Engineering approach: "Here's how to use AI for YOUR specific SaaS with YOUR tech stack solving YOUR unique challenges" Example that broke my brain: Asked for: "Real-time collaborative AI code editor with version control" Got back: Complete architecture including: - WebSocket implementation for real-time sync - Conflict resolution algorithms - AI integration points for code suggestions - Even performance optimization strategies The Bigger Picture: We're moving from prompt engineering to context engineering. It's not about crafting the perfect prompt anymore - it's about giving AI deep understanding of your project context. Deep dive into the tech: https://orchestre.dev/blog/context-engineering-for-smarter-ai Community Question: How are you currently providing context to AI in your workflows? What's working? What's frustrating? And seriously, anyone else coding at 4:30 AM on weekends? There's something magical about early morning deep work when the world is quiet. P.S. My coffee machine is judging me. It's making concerning noises. Worth it though - this Context Engineering stuff is addictive.
🚀 Technical Founder Seeking Business Co-founder for AI Startup
Hey everyone! I'm a technical founder with 20+ years in software development, looking for a business-minded co-founder to help scale two AI products I've built. **What I bring:** - Deep technical expertise (4+ years in AI/ML) - Two working products with early validation - Full-stack development + DevOps - Background in internet marketing & automation **What I'm building:** 1. **WorkflowOS** - Imagine if Zapier and ChatGPT had a baby. It's a chat-first platform where businesses automate everything through natural conversation. No complex workflows to build - just tell it what you want. 2. **Orchestre** - An AI development team that actually builds software. Not just code generation - full applications. **What I need:** A co-founder who gets excited about the business side - someone who can: - Drive marketing & growth strategies - Build relationships with customers - Handle sales and partnerships - Help shape the business vision **Why now?** The AI space is exploding, but most tools are too complex for regular businesses. We're making AI automation as simple as having a conversation. The tech is ready - I just need someone who can help get it into the hands of thousands of businesses. If you're passionate about AI's potential to transform how businesses operate and want to build something big together, I'd love to chat. Drop a comment or DM me. Happy to share more details, demos, or jump on a call. Cheers! 🙌
