CONSISTENCY CREATES A FLOW
Meditation becomes powerful when it becomes a daily habit. You don’t need hours. Start with just 5 minutes every day. Keep showing up. Keep practicing. Keep going. With consistency, stillness becomes natural, and meditation becomes a flow.

CHAPTER 1 - SIT DOWN and SHUT UP
Soham Inner Calm CHAPTER 1 - SIT DOWN and SHUT UP Guided Meditation CHAPTER 1: SIT DOWN Welcome to meditation. First, find a comfortable place to sit. Not your bed. You'll fall asleep. Not the toilet. We're trying to build a spiritual practice here. Sit comfortably. Straighten your back. Relax your shoulders. Close your eyes. Now, breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Congratulations. You are officially doing something your body has been doing for free since birth. Now your mind will start talking. "I forgot to reply to that message." "What should I eat tomorrow?" "Did I lock the door?" "Why did I agree to this meditation?" Perfect. Don't fight the thoughts. Don't chase them either. Just notice them. And gently tell your mind: "Thank you for your contribution. Now, please shut up." Breathe again. Sit down. Shut up. Be here. That's it.

THE DOORS ARE OPEN
I have taken the paywall down. Until this week, joining meant a credit card before you had heard a single word from me. So it is free now. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. Join and the 7-Day First Stillness Challenge is yours. Seven lessons, five minutes each. Day 1 teaches the breath, inhale So, exhale Ham, and every day after adds one small thing on top of it. By Day 7 you have a practice you can return to on an ordinary bad Tuesday. There is still a Premium tier for the rest of the library and the live sessions. You never have to take it. The free door stays open either way. One ask, and it is the whole reason I am posting this. Think of one person who has said "I can't meditate, my mind is too busy." Send them the link. Last month I would have been asking you to send them to a payment page. Now there is nothing between them and Day 1. skool.com/soham-3171 Comment OPEN below if you have sent it to someone. I want to know this landed somewhere. Soham. I am That. You are That.
