You can have: – good numbers – clear strategy – even guidance on execution …and people still don’t move. It’s rarely the deal itself. It’s hesitation at the moment of action. Either: – they’re not fully clear on their criteria – or they’re not mentally/financially ready to commit right then Which is interesting, because the advantage of getting access to deals like this is speed… but speed only works if you’re actually ready to act. Starting to think readiness matters more than deal quality in a lot of cases. Curious, when you see a deal that fits on paper, what usually holds people back from pulling the trigger?
