I decided to upgrade to Claude pro, so that I could toggle off certain security things. As soon as I paid, Claude locked me out of my account and banned me? People online are saying it is about impossible to reverse... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

But seriously, that sounds incredibly frustrating. From what I’ve seen, sometimes automated systems flag accounts unexpectedly, especially after billing changes, VPN usage, unusual prompts, or rapid activity. I’d definitely still try reaching out to support directly and calmly explaining the situation with any screenshots/payment receipts you have. Sometimes persistence helps more than people expect. Also, I probably wouldn’t rely too much on the it’s impossible comments online people usually post when things go badly, not when support quietly fixes it Hopefully you get it sorted soon And aside from this unexpected AI betrayal how’s your journey been so far with AI tools and learning everything?
