This community is incredible!! You are encouraged to go at your own pace and there is so much to try out. I'm LOVING the weekly prep meals... it has been amazing to try things I may not have, and then not have to think about two meals per day. I also really appreciate that the weekly kickoff calls, walks, strength training, and meal prep are all recorded so you can fit this into your schedule. Thank you to Coach T and Coach Jasmin for creating such a wonderful experience!
