@Uneeda Pittman yes exactly it’s the language and protection the IRS set in place for them and us to abide by. To really protect our clients against basis behavior. I Portia have access to all the updates IRMS. That play hand and hand along w/the Tax codes which I will be going over several to a lot of them to allow y’all to safety show you how to get your clients back a fairly large Refunds with out committing Fraud
