Recovery support for complete ACL tear
Hi @Tara West and all who might be able to impart recovery support! What have you used to support recovery from a complete ACL tear. I have used BPC, TB 500 and GHK cu quite often in the past to support smaller injuries and strains/ pains. Thought this group might have some personal experience with using peps or small molecules for this type of injury. I am already using EAAs, adequate protein, Qualias stem cell supplement and the above mentioned peps. Thanks for any and all info!

Excellent! Thanks @Tara West. Any insight on peps/small molecules that you have you used on days you cannot strength train to retain muscle. With the injury, I have limited lower body mobility and want to retain leg strength! Already dialed in with protein, creatine, EAAS and collagen. Thanks for any suggestions.

@Tara West Excellent! Great suggestion. I will look into getting the CJC/ ipa blend . I have used in the past, but obviously not with this new injury! Do you like an 8 week run?
Ghk-Cu sting?
How can I get that painful sting that last for hours? Also, what are good injection sights? Sub q or intramuscular?

@Annie Butterworth When you reconstitute the GHK-CU add double the BAC water. This definitely mitigates the sting. You may have to move the reconstituted peptide to a larger vial , but it’s worth the extra time and work every time you INJ with no spicy sting! I often combine reconstituted GHK and GHK-cu in a larger vial with extra BAC water and I never have a sting! It’s the copper that provides the zing.😉 I always INJ GHK-cu sub Q in the back or glute fat. Belly hurts more.
Kudos to you and Question about the Peptique products
Hi @Tara West I am excited about being a part of the women's peptide collective. I am especially grateful for a women's specific peptide platform with such a knowledgeable, balanced and thoughtful leader.🙏 I have been using many different peptides for a few years and have experienced incredible body, brain and cognitive changes. I love listening to your podcasts and feel like I learn something new each time I listen. I do have a question about your products. Do you include mannitol as a filler/excipient in the lyophilized products? If so, which ones are mannitol free. Thanks again for all you do!
