TRICKY QUESTION
Hello, Everyone, Been attempting the practice Exam questions by PMI institute, been a little surprised by the answer provided by the PMI for this particular question and would want to here your opinion of the answer and possible explanation. Here is the question. The initial draft of the project management plan has been completed. The project manager needs to present the draft to stakeholders for review and approval. However, time is limited, the plan is lengthy, and stakeholders are geographically distributed across multiple locations. What should the project manager do to ensure the review is completed on time? A. Distribute the plan to all stakeholders for review and then hold a meeting with everyone to discuss it. B. Ask each stakeholder to review the entire plan individually, collect their comments, and update the document accordingly. C. Assign specific sections of the plan to selected stakeholders based on their areas of expertise for review. D. Schedule individual meetings with stakeholders who are available during the review period.

I get A. Give people the document in advance, let them review it and then hold the meeting. This way people come prepared to discuss in a more informed way and it will save time.
Looking for an active study group/ partner.
I plan to take the exam in February. Looking for a fast paced study regime. I have done the 35hr course, approved for the exam and bought PMI SH. I am EST based but very flexible on time.

PMP Study Group (Thursdays at 5pm, Saturday & Sundays at 3pm PST)
Hello, I run a PMP Study Group. I'm looking for new members and to increase focused study time. A lot of my current members are quite busy and do not have time to study, so I'm looking for more hardworking individuals to buckle down and study the PMP with. Please DM me for more details (if you feel comfortable) or if you have your own study group, so I may join. I'm also available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday evenings (PST) for dedicated study time. Add me on LinkedIn at https://linkedin.com/in/juliekhov, so I can add you to the LinkedIn group chat. Send a message saying you'd like to join the group. Study Group Page: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/11886028/

1st Attempt and unfortunately failed
(TL;DR at bottom) Hello everyone, just wanted to share my experience taking the PMP exam. It was definitely challenging and I was nervous a few hours before the test and during the first section. Using Andrew’s Exam simulator was a great tool and I think that’s what helped me achieve at Target for People and Business. I got Below Target for Processes which will be my main focus going for my second attempt. I will say, the wording on the exam is so tricky and even when eliminating answers, being left with 2 or even 3 potentially good choices made it all the more difficult. The drag and drop were also a nightmare as I used Andrew’s 100 drag n drop study material which also helped but the way the choices were worded made it more difficult than I expected. All in all, I’m frustrated and bummed out at my results but still dedicated and have a new burning passion to pass this exam. Sorry for the long post and thank you for everyone who read. TL;DR: Studied my butt off but still failed the exam due to tricky wording, nerves, and lack of knowledge in Processes. Will attempt again.
