DON’T MANUALLY TRACK LEADS IN DMs 🧲
Most Skool community owners are juggling DMs, spreadsheets, random notes, and memory. The problem? Its chaotic. Leads get forgotten There’s no visibility, no system, and no real follow-up That leads to lost sales, overwhelmed admins, and time wasted chasing cold leads After helping Aidan LaBreche stay on top of his leads with Skoot CRM, here’s what I’d recommend: Use a CRM that lives inside Skool 😄 It tags, tracks, and reminds you right inside the platform you’re already using That means better follow-up, cleaner conversations, and more sales without the stress So ask yourself: Are you trying to remember everything and hope people buy? Or are you using a system that brings them in on autopilot?

The Skoot CRM is the best tool, honestly! I use it to tag members (both in our free and paid communities), add notes to I know who they are, instantly flag members who are doing specific things to help connect members with other members, to collect quick metrics without having to download a data file, to have reminders, and this is just the beginning...

@Roberto Srpak no you can create teams but if you want other members, you have to have each member but the subscription. Right now it’s just me managing two communities.
Idea for a new add-on - Create drafts and schedule your post in Skool
I want to be able to create a draft post without posting it immediately so I can craft and then post when I am ready like how you can do this with Twitter save to draft and even schedule it, if needed. Not sure if this is possible, but thought it would at least trigger some creative thinking here... What do you guys think?

@Latesha Landers Absolutely. I know Skool has a lot of stuff to come out too as features.

Feedback on Skool Add-ons
Just want to share my feedback on a couple add-ons I am using now... 1) Bookmarks Love this feature so much. I am curious to know if we can create our own labels too as I'm a community manager of a Skool group and it would great not only to bookmark but group them. 2) Tags Man this is a game changer. I can have teams so when I need to screen capture something, I can switch to a no tags team so people don't see what I have tagged. I love how you see the number of profiles tagged. I'm using it as a tracker in a way too. Oh and I discovered that I can add notes to each profile, which is equally amazing in my opinion.

@Garrett F Tell me more about reminders and follow-ups because I just showed the school tags and bookmarks to another school builder and he's checking it out right now.

⛰️ Adventure-like Onboarding for Warrior Society
This onboarding app was built for @Kamil Prokurat's community, Warrior Society Kamil helped design it, selecting the flow of questions, GIFs, and images Check it out here: https://warriorsociety.vercel.app P.S. If you’d like something similar for your community, shoot me a DM - I’d love to build it for free (even if I've already built you a lead magnet)!

@Garrett F how do you get members to fill out the form? And what's the process for collecting and compiling the data? I have a free community where we are making people fill out a form to let them into our community, but I'm not liking the amount of friction that creates. I'm assuming this form is provided ONCE they are in the community as part of the Start Here (from what I remember when I joined this community).

@Garrett F Is this something that people pay for, for you to build it and then have this automation in the background where it auto populates a Google sheet or what?
