Slow and steady.
Started following buffy in novermeber was 250. Lost a few lbs just following the free info he was sharing. Work with him since January and am killing it with his help. Down over 30 soon to be 35lbs. It's hard work but very rewarding. Hope everyone is believing in the system and achieving the goals they set for themselves.

What does everyone eat for snacks? That seems to be one of the bigger quandaries I have....

@Adam Gould boiled and I don't like the yolks so just the whites is eaten. Dogs get the yolks.

Great start to the day almost 10k at its just noon.

Protein was low
Gotta get that protein in even if it's 8pm. I'm getting my calories almost to thw level needed just need to get the carbs down and protein up. Hope all y'all are killing it this week.

Down 6lbs in 2 weeks and maintaining it. Been struggling for 8yrs to loose this weight. Let's keep on keeping on :)
