I started working with Star when my mental health was the worst it’s ever been. I would spend a lot of time ruminating and overthinking. One thought or memory could throw me off and send me into a new spiral for hours/days. Star’s practice has completely changed my relationship with my thoughts. It’s helped me spend way less time in my head about unimportant things and to spend more time outside of my head doing the things that are important to me.(valued actions) It is a practice but it WORKS!
