🏆 NEW CHALLENGE: 50 Push Ups Challenge
Alright team, it’s time for a brand new challenge and this one is going to fire up your strength, confidence and consistency. For the next three weeks we’re taking on the 50 Push Ups Challenge.This is for everyone in the community, whether you can do zero push ups right now or you can already bang out a few. You’ll start at your level, follow simple sessions and watch yourself get stronger week by week. What to expect: • A starting test to find your level • Three weekly training days • Optional bonus days • Weekly check ins• A final test to see your progress • A chance to move up the Championship of You leagues The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress. Show up, do what you can and celebrate the small wins. You can start on Monday, today, tomorrow or any day you like, just start!
