Coming from the UK here so possibly a slightly different market. But the title is clearly key, what gave you guys had success with. Do you tend to lead with Free Delivery or do you focus on the Sofa/ Couch eg French Connection Corner Sofa Free Delivery or Free Delivery French Connection Corner Sofa. Second question. Do you guys use the meta tags as well?

@Bryan S @Mark Cruz Appreciate the knowledge/ insight from you both. If you don’t mind a second follow up question. I am finding with my listings. If I list at 6pm. By 7pm there might be 1000 other listings go live 990 are scam listings. But the end result is very very few clicks. Maybe 2 to 3. Then randomly 1x listing will hit the for you page and I will get 100 clicks. Is there a way to even this out to stay relevant. Do you delete/ re post daily. Leave listings up for days at a time. I have tried deleting/ re listing but fear this will get me shadow banned.
Help Selling 3 Seater
So I know we typically want corner/ sectional sofas. But I picked this item up for £40 when selling another sofa. I feel like there must be profit to be had. Listed it as a Luxury Crushed Velvet 3 Seater Sofa but had no luck for 2 weeks at £150. Wondered if you had any advice or tips?

Ha fair comments. That was me staging it, I have a very narrow space so difficult to get the wide angle shot. I have stuck some photos on the wall now for my staged photos. Would the attached be any better or do you still think they need work? I can take them outside and use photo room. Here is an example of one I got yesterday.
⚙️ Tip Tuesday – tools, cleaning hacks, or anything that’s helping your workflow
When we first started flipping, we didn’t have a nice showroom or clean background for photos everything was taken in garages, driveways or in this case somewhere in the storage area. That’s when Photoroom came in clutch. It’s an app that lets you remove or replace backgrounds with AI. You can drop your couch into a modern living room scene, adjust lighting, and make your listings look 10x more professional in seconds. We don’t use it as often now since we have a showroom, but for anyone just starting out, this tool can make a huge difference in how fast your items sell. Pro tip: Try different background styles that match your audience, modern, cozy, or minimalist interiors tend to perform best on Facebook Marketplace. See the photos of before and after of this West Elm Shelter taken in the storage area vs with AI background. What tools or hacks are helping your workflow right now? Drop them below 👇

This is a great tip.
📦 Marketplace Monday – share listings, deals, and what’s selling fast
Whats up guys! What' selling in your market the most? Ours continue to be modular cloud pieces - used to be in grey/light grey but beige has overtaken that. If you could get them for around $300-500 and resell for $1k+, thats a win. Mid-century modern leather sets are also exceptional especially in camel/brown color. Buyers are willing to spend big on these type of sectionals as it probably matches their interior design. We bought this Positano set for $624 and sold it for $2400. What do you guys got?
