Photo prompt sorted ish!!
bit dim
I have created my audit list - which I have added to this morning - but not sure what to do with it other than work through it - which tbh is what I would do ordinarily - its just a longer list because everything is on there now! I am a bit dim clearly and confused as to what I need to do with the photo's of the list and also what I am supposed to do for day 2 other than looking at my list and realising that I will not get through all of the things there??
Audit of Everything
Hands up who is procrastinating over doing their Audit of Everything? Speak to why that is…let’s see how similar our overwhelm and complex and busy lives are.

I have just done mine - 35 on the list - got fed up of trying to extract it all from my head after 20 mins - there is still stuff in there but not sure I know what it is - it will probably come out with more of a squeeze - bit like a tube of toothpaste 🤣! Not sure anything surprised me - there is a lot of stuff in this old brain of mine. Maybe that having not signed up for any courses this year due to health stuff I really need/want to sign up for the celebrant course thats been on my list for around 15 years!!
What is the most EPIC thing you have ever done...
Its intro time...but with a twist!!!! I want you to take a moment to look backwards. Think about something genuinely EPIC you've already achieved in your life. It could be: 🏃 Running a marathon 🎓 Getting a qualification 💼 Starting a business 🏠 Buying a home 👶 Raising a child ❤️ Surviving a difficult chapter 🌍 Moving country 📚 Writing a book 💪 Losing weight Or something else entirely. At some point in your life, you decided to do something difficult, uncertain, and meaningful. Here's what I'd love you to reflect on: ✨ What was the epic thing? ✨ Who were you at that point in your life? ✨ Where did you find the time? ✨ Where did you find the energy? ✨ Where did you find the courage? ✨ What resources or support helped you succeed? Most people think they need more motivation. In reality, they've often forgotten just how capable they already are. You have evidence. You've done hard things before. And the person who achieved that goal is still in there. Now let's look forward. If time, money, confidence, technology, and self-doubt weren't holding you back... What would you love to achieve next? What's the BIG goal you'd like to make progress on during this challenge? Drop your answers below with a photo or GIF 🤖 AI PROMPT - Help me create a dynamic introduction all about me, including details of the most epic thing i've ever done.

Hi, I'm Phyllis. I'm an osteopath, coach, coach supervisor, hypnotherapist, breathwork coach and mindfulness teacher. I've been doing this work, in one form or another, for over 30 years. The thread running through all of it is the same: the mind and the body are not separate things, and most of us are carrying a lot more than we realise. I work with individuals, coaches, and organisations, mainly around nervous system regulation, resilience and identity. I lecture at postgraduate level, I speak publicly. I run 121 and group supervision sessions. I am run my clinic in a studio in my garden. I have tried to think of the most epic thing I have ever done and to be honest didnt think any of it was epic - then I though of this - possibly the most epic thing I've ever done!? When I was 16, in the sixth form, I volunteered with others to teach younger pupils to read. 11 and 12 year olds who had slipped through every net the system had. It was bloody hard work but also fun! It's shite that there are still lots of kids still falling through the net! I used AI to help write this with Julies prompt - love a bit of Claudie - but am never totally happy with what it comes back with even with the tweaking! I am hoping that with the help of this I manage to get some shite done as I really am struggling - case in point this was done at 10pm!!
