Hi Ben, Im wanting to reconnect to my spiritual side in a more conscious way. Iv been in deep grief and loss over many years with chronic health issues, so iv been out of it for a while..I am trained in energy healing, esoteric research and teaching, but have lost all confidence in myself and what iv studied. I also sat in circle for a while but that was many years ago. Im here to see if i can reconnect to that side of me again.
