My Meal Plan
Psoriasis Warriors, I am pleased to share a sample of my carnivore diet meal plan, which I have adopted to prioritize high-protein, animal-based nutrition while eliminating plant-derived foods. This approach, focused exclusively on meat, fish, eggs, and select products, aims to simplify dietary choices and potentially enhance metabolic health, as supported by various nutritional perspectives. Below, I outline a structured 7-day plan based on my routine, emphasizing satiating meals that align with the principles of the carnivore diet. This plan assumes moderate activity levels and portion sizes adjusted to individual needs, typically ranging from 1,800 to 2,500 calories per day. Consult a healthcare professional before implementing significant dietary changes.

@Daniel Deng your cholesterol will go up like your hdl and ldl. However it is normal and your doctor will suggest to go on statin which will make things worst. I recommend sticking with it and you will see progress.

Recognizing there is a problem
You need to recognize that the choices you make in life is a subconscious programming started at an early age. You can start by understanding there an awareness in your reality. Once you accept who you are and you can heal from the problem. Let it be psoriasis, you have habits that lead to flare ups and you need to change something in your life to see proof of healing. Let it be business, you are subconsciously working on something you enjoy doing, but isn't the correct choice that will generate income in your business. Let it be procrastination, you need to make a decision to do the work that you are putting off. It doesn't take just motivation, it takes continuous habits that will get you the result you want.

Mental Work
Journaling is an important part of my journey and it helps put the problems and your gratitude down on paper. This will allow your brain to subconsciously make you solve most of the problem or feeling the gratitude. This is how manifestation work, but also it helps give you purpose and remind you why you are doing what you are doing.
