I feel like im getting better on the 360 and not landing as backseated but I still feel like it happens, especially on bigger jumps. I’ve started to lean more forward and think about my arms going parallel to the spin but something still feels of.
These attempts were terrifying and they turned out pretty awful. Does anyone have any tips for what I could do better? I’ve already become pretty comfortable doing backflips on skis, but I cannot get it to translate onto skis.
On that one u just didn’t commit, u really have to pop and look back with ur head as on trampoline, in the beginning its also easier to tuck it and bring ur knees to ur chest so u get the rotation with ur whole body
@Lukas Mikula I tried on like a blue/red jump but same thing happened and i landed on my back, wasnt so nice but i didn’t think about having parallel arms and jumping from my toes so I think thats it
How do u guys learn new tricks on rails, I can do a basic rail slide to both forward and switch but I CANT really CANT commit to tricks like swaps and 270 off, just this week I have trained like 11,5h on front 270 off but I can’t commit
