I’m using Skoot timelines to make sure no member goes too long without hearing from me Here’s my setup: Day 1: Onboarding Day 7: One week check in Day 40 (repeating): Ongoing check ins Day 65: Ask for testimonial and referral Day 365: One year birthday 🎂 I open the timeline, see what’s due today, and check things off as I go I don’t have to think about it.
