MIDI Drums
Hi All, I'm not a drummer. I've found loops and samples that I like for my genre but with time stretching and not being able to stem split my loops (older macbook), it takes a long time to program the drums from the loops into MIDI and then use the samples that I like. The loops are great for quick demo but not for the final production. If it was simply just replacing a kick that would be easy but I need to do all the cymbals and everything. Is there a way to speed this process up or a place that has great midi packs that I could use with my samples? Using Logic Pro.

@Tom Baldwin For some reason I couldn't import your midi files into Logic. Not sure why. The format all looked fine.

@Adex Felicia I’m writing and producing in the modern Christian worship music space. Not sure if that is helpful or not. I would say it’s kind of like a modern atmospheric pop rock, similar in sound to bands like Coldplay or U2. Big builds. Full band sound with lots of atmosphere.

I see Soothe 2 is very popular. I have Waves Curves Equator as well as Waves Silk Vocal. Are either of these comparable to Soothe 2? Just want to make sure I'm using the tools properly. Thanks!
