I know it’s been two weeks. But has anyone helped you with this subject to contract?

@Tammy Wimer My Title Agent said the seller signed with another local company. When they ran title they found my memorandum and called her to inquire about our deal. I sent the sellers email with a little sweeter offer and telling them that if they don't accept the new offer we are confident the original contract is valid and we expect to close on the originally scheduled date. We are supposed to close on Friday August 30th but they are ghosting me, so I don't know if they will close or not. 🤞🏾

Update: The other wholesaler actually went to closing with our seller.But before they funded the deal they ran title again. They eventually terminated their contract because the seller couldn't deliver clear title. The seller's wife called me and long story short we closed last week. I made $10K instead of the $25K but that's better than nothing. I learned a lot in this Fiasco.
