Get paid to buy a house 🤷🏻‍♂️
We've seen similar incentives in Italy. If there is an abundance of specific properties in specific areas, the government will do its best to get them occupied. Right now, Serbia has a concourse, offering 1,5 Million Serbian Dinars, for a purchase of houses outside of the cities. 1,5 Mil. Dinars are roughly €15k, which might not seem like a lot, but... Then you realize that I could cover more than 50% of the purchase, as the price of a decent property in rural areas can be anywhere between €20K - €50k. It's mainly being used by Young Couples, Single Parents, & People skilled in agriculture.

Welcome on Board ⛵️
It's good to have you, and I hope this Group and your decision to explore remote income and the Balkan peninsula will have a positive impact on your life and future 🏝️ Now, the best way to start your journey is to connect with others at different points on their journeys. STEP 1: Introduce yourself under this post and share what stage of your journey you are in (Building a remote income? Planning relocation? Building a life in Greece?) STEP 2: Explore, see what others are up to, explore the classroom, connect, and implement. PS - Message me any time for anything you need or are curious about.

I aim at helping people from the West discover, relocate to, and build a life of dreams in the Balkans with a remote income.
