Hi, I'm Petr from Prague. I've been trying to solve the problem of my ultra-strong ADHD for several years (reading books, watching vids, trying to apply all the info). My main goal is to learn how to finish projects. Any projects! I also need to learn to never start a new ones (ADHD paradox: more projects = less money). Only novelty gives me dopamine. How could superhumans like Dan Martell have ADHD? I just don't get it. (Frankly, I doubt they have ADHD.) I'm experimenting with programming AI driven ADHD coaches/assistants in Python that I interact with through voice, but so far, it hasn't helped. They are not able to deal with my brain, no matter what information I feed them. Ideally, I would have an intelligent human assistant who constantly tells me what the priority is, what needs to be done, and clap my fingers when I crave for novelty. My brain completely ignores all tools and systems I try to use, within a few days. So now I'm just looking for a small group of ADHD folks who I can listen to, or talk to, before I get kidnapped by my brain again and dragged who knows where. 😀
@Thomas Pfeiffer I 100% agree. Over the past year, I’ve slowly come to realize that ADHD's need an assistant or accountability partners. I’ve been consciously trying to build habits for many years, but I’ve only managed to stick with them long-term in one area—my diet. That’s where I’ve had a unique experience. About five years ago, I started studying nutrition and gradually changed my eating habits. I learned how to eat healthy, gained a lot of energy, and it even improved my focus. But as a result, I also started launching way more projects—because I just kept feeling better and better. 🙃
