@Oleg Melnikov - Not sure if I am doing something wrong with your web link or maybe there are limits on outside access but I get the same error. No need to fix for my needs since I was simply interested in testing performance (e.g. quality of response and latency) and I like this use case. thats for sharing the approach and planting a few more ideas to test.

@Oleg Melnikov Learned something today: my Dia browser was likely mangling headers (Content-Type/User-Agent), so the server killed the form before the webhook could fire; switching to a mainstream Chrome browser worked! Webhook reliability lives and dies by proper headers and cross-browser quirks. Enjoyed the tool and the RAG value, thanks for sharing. Appreciate you support with my endless learning journey!
